How to play World Of Worldcraft physically? How can move and attack?

I have a mouse with left and right clicker and a shifter. I have a keyboard. Usinng I do not like mose because I only know how to use it to select a destination. I can use the numbers to attack with the left hand so how can I move my character, if my right hand is using the mouse? Furthermore, if the game is alittle Chopy and need more jumps RAM?
