M16 with silencer and heartbeat sensor (maybe, you think i should use it?)
The revolver with tactical knife
Semtex
Stun grenades
Sleight of Hand (or bling if i use heartbeat sensor)
Stopping Power
Commando

Any suggestions?
oh yeah, and i do fine with iron sights.

Silencer is only good to be invisible when you shoot.. but since you don't have Cold Blooded they can still see you when a UAV is up.

I recommend some form of sight instead, ACOG, or Thermal if you have it

I use Sleight of Hand and Stopping Power too usually
